Recombinant Media Show
CCAC-Intermedia, Spring 2003

Show Description:
Each semester the Film/Video/Performance department at California College of Arts and Crafts hosts an end of semester show for it's Intermedia classes.

This year it featured work produced in Recombinant Media, a class where students learn how to create media systems that evolve and mutate, reacting to internal and external stimuli.

There was a wide variety of projects on display including interactive installations, robotics, reactive sculpture, physical computing and performance.

In the spring 2003 classes there were over twenty projects that used the Teleo system for sensing, actuating and control.
