Wanted: Icon Design Help!

We've been working on some new software and would love your help creating some icons for it. 

The main piece of new software is a simplified Arduino-inspired IDE for creating Make Controller programs, called mcbuilder.  The icons we need are the main application icon and a handful of (4 or 5) 32 x 32-ish icons for push button-type functionality within the application.  Additionally some small 16 x 16 status-type icons would be the icing on the cake.

Below is a preview screenshot to give you an idea of what the app is like.  Note the very sad buttons across the top left...they need your help!
