mchelper 2.5.1 for Windows available

I've just posted a bugfix release of mchelper for Windows - it resolves a few little USB problems (seems like there are always more of those!) that have been around for a while.  The main case is around USB unplug events, which previously could sometimes result in a crash.  This is now fixed and the USB system should be able to run robustly for indefinite periods of time.

For OS X and *nix, there are no changes so there is not a new binary release.  No need to upgrade.
