mc.usb 0.6 available

mc.usb v0.6 is now available!  This fixes several outstanding bugs, and adds compatibility for Max 5.  

You should be able to crank up your sending rates a bit more now, as this update has addressed a couple issues that prevented communication from flowing as freely as it should.  There were previously some problems that caused mc.usb to continue consuming memory indefinitely, which have also been fixed up - see the complete list of changes.
