Wireless Miditron and Ableton Live 7

I have 5 FSR sensors wired to 10k-Ohm resistors (nice resistant) on the Wireless MidiTron. I got Max/Msp/Jitter  rewired to Ableton Live 7 using the rewire~ and vst~ objects. I want to trigger 5 different clips in Live. How do I do midi mapping the Miditron to Live to trigger the 5 clips.
