what are the chances I can get this equipment to work with our windows CE 5.0 system that has RS232/RS422/USB/ethernet ports using C# and the .Net compact framework?

I'm thinking that the chances of working with it over RS232 or Ethernet are good. Unless your device does USB host, chances are very bad over USB :) I'm not sure what the situation is with running the .NET code in the compact framework...
