need some help to start

Hi, I've just got my board, I've reload the firmware, tested with make controller helper, testes with max mc.usb - appled. So far so good. then I tryed osc-route example but I didn't get any message (numbers). My connection is via USB.

Then I tryed mc.analogin helper patch, a pir sensor (VIn1, GND, in 0) and a simple button (VIn2, in 5). I thought it shuld work right away, but doesn't, Max/msp doesnt visualize any signal. Did I miss something?
