mchelper-src-v2.2.0 in fedora 8

On Fedora 8, I to have install:

qt4-4.3.5-1.fc8

qt4-devel-4.3.5-1.fc8
qt4-x11-4.3.5-1.fc8

to compile mchelper. It is also slightly different from qmake command used in ubuntu gutsy. In fedora 8 I have to use qmake-qt4 instead of qmake.

mchelper was not able to detect the makeboard ip address when using ubuntu gutsy, therefore I pulled another machine with fedora 8 and compile same mchelper.
Now I can send command like /network/address or /appled/0/state 1.

In addition, I was not able to run mchelper and a dhcp server (dhcp3) on ubuntu gutsy, however it works okay on fedora 8 having both the dhcpd running and mchelper.
