mchelper 2.0.0 installs a new USB driver on your machine, and if your machine is still using the old driver, mchelper won't find your board.  You'll need to update the driver.

To do this:
  • Install mchelper 2.0.0
  • Plug in your Make Controller via USB.
  • In the Start menu, click Control Panel -> System -> Hardware -> Device Manager.
  • You should see your Make Controller in the Ports (COM & LPT ) section.
  • Right-click on your Controller, and click Update Driver...
  • If you're presented with an option, select Make Controller Kit, with the filename make_controller_kit.inf
You should be all set.
